A deposit of £10.00 per diner for parties of six and over is required – payable upon booking.  This deposit is non-refundable. 

Pre-orders required for parties of six and over. Where possible, food pre-orders should be submitted 7 days prior to the party/booking.  The balance must be paid on the day of the party - we cannot invoice after the event. 

Please arrive promptly as we can only guarantee your table for 15 minutes and please leave within your allocated time.

We promise not to pass your information to 3rd parties.  Data is held in compliance with the Data protection act of 2018.  Data controller is The Inn at Kingsbarns, 5 Main Street, Kingsbarns.

Alcohol may only be purchased by persons over 18 years of age and photographic identification may be required.

Bookings are valid for dining from the set festive menu only.

Our food and drinks are prepared and cooked in areas where cross contamination may occur.  We do not make any ‘free from’ claims or declare that our dishes are Gluten Free.  Our allergen information only state allergens if they are an ingredient of a product.  Our menu description does not include all ingredients.  We cannot guarantee that our vegetarian/vegan dishes have been cooked in vegetarian/vegan dedicated fryers.  We cannot guarantee that our meat and seafood dishes do not contain bones or shell.
